YFCA is implementing the project ''Comprehensive and Integrated Response to Address Malnutrition (CIRAM)''. The project is funded by Department for International Development (DFID) - UK .Henceforth, YFCA is inviting qualified suppliers to submit their offers for the supply of the follow products:

  • The tender will be conducted using YFCA and ACTED standard bidding documents. The tender is open to all qualified Medicine and medical supplies & Cholera Kits suppliers.
  • The deadline for submit/send of Tender Document is Thursday 11th March 2018 at 12:00 Pm
  • All bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope to YFCA Head Office at the below address not later than Thursday 11th March 2018 at 12:00 Pm.

  • Tenders must be submitted in a sealed envelope to the address indicated above or by E-mail at tenders@yfca.org marked with the name of the Entity, tender reference number, type of tender, and the name of the supplier, together with;
  1. A copy of valid Commercial Registry.
  2. A copy of valid tax card.
  3. A Copy of valid practicing license.
  4. All other terms and requirements as stated in the bidding document.

Important Notes:

  • A tender opening session will take place in YFCA HQ office in Sana’a.
  • YFCA is not obliged to provide reasons either for accepting or rejecting offers.
  • Late Bids received after the deadline will be automatically rejected.
  • Bids from unqualified bidders will be rejected.
  • YFCA will not be responsible for any costs or expenses incurred by the bidders in connection with the preparation and submission of their bids to YFCA.
  • Documents must be filled in English and stamp them (Compulsory).
