Yemen HR Client is a reputable company working in the oil and gas field services in Yemen, and is looking for a Site HR & Admin Supervisor  to work in the field in Hadramout
 
Duties and Tasks:
 
Coordinate & Liaise with Human Resources Department at HQ
Process of Visas / Resident Permits / Work Permits, and do all International & Domestic Airline ticketing / travel arrangement.
Update / Inform New employees with Visa / Travel arrangement
Arrange Accommodation / Movement / Allowance for new Recruits.
Responsible for the general administrative assistance to facilitate the smooth functioning of site supervision and work accountancy control. Also responsible of all administration activities in the Projects.
Medical / Blood test arrangement / Coordinate with Clinic.
Responsible Sana’a accommodation / Office space controls.
Coordinate with Camp Boss for Local & Expatriate employees Movement to site for Accommodation and other requirements etc. 
Prepare and follow up on expatriate employee rotations. 
Reporting Personnel On Board (POB).
Responsible for the general administrative assistance to facilitate the smooth functioning of site supervision and work accountancy control. Also responsible of all administration activities in the Projects. 
Act, on behalf of Site Manager and within delegation fixed by him, as CONTRACTOR representative in dealings with local Authorities. He tightly liaises with the Cost Control Manager for all issues related to cost. 
Manage and Supervise all the administrative and HR staff 
Cooperate with Head office in follow up the HR and Administration issues such as manpower MPR, salary deduction, client's cell phone bills, tickets, arrange transportation..etc. 
Coordinate with the client for camp affairs.
Supervise the documentation operation in the dep.
Manage security and medical staff issues.
Coordinate with project/site manager camp requirements &site requirements.
Supervise the admin-staff to update the Administration and HR electronic system.
Follow up with Travel Purchase Orders and Payment.
Accomplishes staff results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; initiating, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, and procedures.
Maintain records and compile statistical reports concerning personnel-related data such as hires, transfers, performance appraisals, and absenteeism rates.
 
 
Qualifications
 
A minimum of bachelor degree in a related field
Minimum of 5 Years of expereince in HR related field, with a good deal of supervisory expereince
Very good command of English Language
Very good in using computer and office applications.
